Please note: In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, government restrictions, or unforeseen shipping-related issues. These situations don’t happen often, but when they do, we’ll always keep you informed every step of the way.
Step 1: Spotting Your Piece
When you’re browsing our collection, transparency is key. Every product page clearly mentions whether an item is “In-Stock” (ready to ship) or “Pre-Order Based”.
As seen on our product pages, you will see a clear notice:

Step 2: The Initial Checkout
Buying a pre-order item is just as easy as a regular purchase.

Note: At this stage, you are paying for the product and tax. Shipping for any pre-order item will be charged later to ensure accuracy based on your location.
Step 3: Batch Submission & Updates
We process our pre-orders using a Batch System. This allows us to maintain high quality while managing international logistics efficiently.

Step 4: The Hand-Off (Shipping & Customs)
After roughly 2–3 weeks, once your item is ready to move to the next stage, our dedicated Customer Support team will reach out to you.

During this conversation, our team will provide you with the final calculation for Shipping and Customs charges. Once this second payment is cleared, your package is officially ready for its final journey!
Step 5: Dispatch & Tracking
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your item is dispatched to our warehouse and then to you. We will share your Tracking Link directly through the same channel we used to contact you last (WhatsApp, Email, or Insta DM).
