How the shipping is done? 

Shipping Methods 
The batches are submitted in the end of the months !

• Air shipping – It takes 15-20 days  once the order are shipped by agent 
• Surface shipping – it takes 40-45 days once the order are shipped by the agent.  Note – it can be delayed so order only if you’re patient enough. it came unexpectedly so there is no specific Estimated time of arrival. we do not take urgent orders.

Steps are as follows :

1.  Firstly, all the order are submitted in the end of months.
2. then our agent orders all form different warehouse to one warehouse.
3. then our agent ships all the orders. the time taken depend on the shipping method you choose 
4. once it reaches India the parcels go through the custom checking. time depend on the amount of product.

once the custom checking is done, they ship it to us. we ship all the product to customers once we receive all the product. As we mentioned importing takes time. if any one orders from us, we will consider that you are gone though the policy. 

for handmade clothing- 

•  it takes 1-4 weeks to prepare your product 
• The product may slightly differ from reference picture
• we don’t accept any exchange/cancellations
• There is no refund policy

for instock products- 

• it will take 1-2 weeks around to deliver your product
• we’re not responsible for any damage/lost products 
• we don’t accept any cancellations/refunds 
• there is no refund policy.

add that we will charge int shipping later for pre-orders. the shipping charges are 750/kg and we don’t have any exact shipping charges for pre-order based products
